SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS (SFO)

Triad, LLC, Los Alamos National Laboratory's M&O Contractor, has an immediate need to lease up to 150,000 rentable square feet of warehouse space to meet new needs and as part of a re-competition process for existing warehouse space. Properties must be located within a 50-mile radius of the LANL main entry, including but not limited to the communities of Los Alamos, White Rock, Espanola, and Santa Fe. Properties must have minimal climate control and be able to be secured and monitored. Qualifying space must be available for occupancy immediately or within no more than 15 months.
